Tom, a Principal at Melillo Bauer Carman, has been a key member of the firm since joining over 20 years ago. His passions include sustainable practices, horticulture, and urban design. Tom’s had the pleasure of presenting numerous successful commissions to city planning and zoning boards over the years, making him highly regarded as a Landscape Architect professional in NJ. He is an active member of his community with his children and wife, Meredith.

When Tom is not with his family or in the office….he can be found in the garage tinkering on his third passion - car projects!
